We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Project Manager with a strong background as an SAP Functional Consultant in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience leading global SAP projects, combining functional expertise with proven project management capabilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end SAP SD projects across global environments
- Oversee project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within scope, time, and budget
- Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
- Drive solution design and implementation for SAP SD and O2C processes
- Ensure alignment with business requirements and industry best practices
- Manage cross-functional teams, including onshore and offshore resources
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
- Support change management, user training, and post-go-live activities
- Ensure high-quality documentation and compliance with governance standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in SAP SD and O2C
- Proven experience as an SAP Functional Consultant prior to project management
- Demonstrated experience managing integral SAP implementations or rollouts
- Strong understanding of end-to-end Order-to-Cash business processes
- Experience with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead distributed and multicultural teams
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Preferred Qualifications
- SAP certification in SD or related modules
- Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience with S/4HANA implementations or migrations
