Responsibilities Study and prepare the necessary documentation to submit commercial offers and tenders, in accordance with the guidelines of the corresponding Agency, in order to obtain the award and contracting of the same.
Detailed analysis of the terms and conditions. Preparation of technical-economic offers. Generation of bid documentation, reports and budgets.
Perform feasibility and risk analysis of bids under study.
Designing solutions and alternatives to customers’ needs. Preparation of studies and projects.
Identification and pre-qualification of suppliers of services, equipment, materials and human resources. Interlocution with contractors and international partners. Obtaining bids and technical information.



Analysis and incorporation of the best proposals to the budget and bid.
Support to the Business Development department in the presentation, defense and follow-up of bids to Clients.
Requirements Engineer.
English at negotiation level.
Availability to travel abroad
Minimum 3 years of experience
Advanced Excel user. General computer skills in the sector (Autocad, sketchup…) are valued.
Proactive, efficient, practical, orderly, analytical and multidisciplinary person with ability to work in changing environments and tight and demanding deadlines.
