You’ll play a key role in delivering a positive customer experience and representing New Balance. /ph3Key Responsibilities /h3ulliWork with customers to answer product information and resolve queries in a skillful and professional way. /liliPut yourself in our customers shoes, analyze their problems and tailor solutions for them. /liliCommunicate with customers via phone, email, chat and social media. /liliBecome an expert and brand ambassador for New Balance. /liliMaintain a high level of professionalism and customer satisfaction. /liliCollaborate with team members and supervisors to improve service quality.
