In this role, you will design and deliver comprehensive Workday solutions to support complex business needs. You will provide architectural guidance and lead technical delivery, collaborating with cross-functional teams to align solutions with business objectives. You will drive innovation, oversee integration and automation, and ensure scalability and regulatory compliance. This position sits at the intersection of strategy and delivery, shaping how we deploy Workday to power growth and transformation. You will work in a general, collaborative environment with a clear impact on project success and operational efficiency.

• Design and implement Workday solutions (HCM, Financials, and other modules) to meet business needs with scalable configurations
• Develop and maintain system configurations (cost centers, consolidations, financial structures) and conduct impact analyses and testing
• Lead and participate in projects affecting Workday, including mergers and acquisitions, managing go-live transitions
• Provide technical leadership across the Workday ecosystem and connected systems, reducing technical debt and ensuring best practices
• Ensure regulatory compliance and stay current with Workday updates and best practices, proposing continuous improvements




• Integrate Workday with other enterprise systems (e.g., Salesforce) and automate processes to reduce overhead and errors
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Identify technical risks early and develop mitigation strategies to protect timelines and deliverables
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance solution quality and development efficiency across the organization

Responsabilidades
• Extensive experience as a Solution Architect, Technical Lead, or similar role in Agile environments
• Comprehensive Workday expertise (HCM, Financials, and multiple modules such as Benefits, Payroll, Integration, etc.)
• Strong knowledge of solution architecture principles, design patterns, and best practices
• Proficiency with a broad range of technologies and platforms, with ability to learn quickly
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Good understanding of cloud platforms; Azure and AWS are advantageous
• Fluent English (spoken and written) for an international environment
• Experience with SAFe or related certifications (advantageous)
