At Astek, we are currently looking for an experienced SAP MDG Lead to join a major international company within the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector, supporting a large-scale ERP and data governance transformation.

Main responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end SAP MDG initiatives across key domains (Material, Vendor, Customer, Finance)
- Drive data governance, standardization, and data quality improvements
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Collaborate with integral stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, and Supply Chain

Who are you?

- 15+ years of experience in SAP, with strong expertise in SAP MDG (S/4HANA)
- Proven track record in global implementations and data governance programs
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
- Languages: English required (Spanish/French are a plus)

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid preferred, remote in Spain possible)
