We’re looking for a Backend Solutions Architect to contribute to a large‑scale, global technological ecosystem designed to transform the way enterprise platforms evolve. If you enjoy building robust, scalable architectures and want to be part of a high‑impact, long‑term initiative, this role is for you.

What you will do

- Lead architectural design for international deployments, defining target architectures per country.
- Design and implement integrations using synchronous (APIs) and asynchronous (events) patterns.
- Shape the technological evolution of the platform and build cross‑functional architectural components.
- Optimize systems for scalability, performance and availability .
- Act as a technical reference, supporting complex implementation and evolution projects.
- Diagnose and resolve advanced technical issues.
- Promote and evangelize the architecture across development and project teams.

What we’re looking for

- 5+ years of experience in solution & application architecture .
- Strong background in Java (Spring/Spring Boot) .
- API design (OpenAPI)



& event‑driven design (AsyncAPI).
- Experience with Kafka/Confluent and event‑driven architectures (EDA).
- Cloud architecture experience ( AWS and/or Azure ).
- Containers & orchestration: Docker, Kubernetes .
- Databases: Oracle, MongoDB, DynamoDB .
- Knowledge of security standards (OAuth, JWT) & identity platforms (Entra ID, Okta).
- Observability tools (Dynatrace) and GitHub/GitHub Actions.
- Technical degree + B2 English.
- Availability to travel.
- Nice to have: cloud / Java architecture certifications, insurance industry experience.
