Experteer Overview In this role, you will orchestrate decentralized automation efforts within the Data Intelligence u0026amp; AI Governance team to deliver scalable, impactful solutions that speed up workflows. You’ll bridge research desks and leadership to govern tools, maintain development standards, and quantify business impact. You will oversee code reviews, deployment processes, and the dissemination of technical wins to executives. This is a cross-functional, impact-driven position that shapes how automation drives value for a large, matrix-enabled department.Compensaciones / Ventajas
- Maintain a registry of automation solutions and identify overlapping efforts across desks to consolidate into reusable modules
- Oversee governance and quality assurance of distributed tools, including code reviews, deployment processes, and Definition of Done standards
- Track and report impact metrics and translate technical wins into business value narratives for leadership




- Collaborate with Research Managers to protect technical time, manage priority conflicts, and navigate a matrix environmentResponsabilidades

- Experience in code reviews, SQL optimization, and enforcing software development quality standards
