About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on, structured, and creative Marketing Specialist to help bring our commercial strategy to life.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and making a real impact. You’ll play a key role in driving marketing initiatives and contributing directly to business growth within a dynamic B2B environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development and execution of marketing initiatives aligned with commercial objectives
- Work closely with the sales team to translate technical products into clear and effective market positioning
- Create and develop visual and written marketing content (catalogues, campaigns, product materials)
- Analyze, compare, and update product-related information and marketing materials
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to support strategic positioning




- Ensure marketing activities are executed with clarity, structure, and respect for timelines

- Comfortable working with clear objectives and accountability
- Able to work independently while staying aligned with the team

What you’ll need

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Chemistry or related field
- Studies or experience Communications or Business are a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Spanish
- Ability to understand technical products and translate them into clear value propositions
- Creativity combined with strong design skills (visual content, layouts, marketing materials)
- Proficiency in design tools (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite, or similar)
