We are looking for a Billing Technician to join our team in Madrid, working closely with international organisations and contributing to the accuracy and efficiency of global processes.

What you’ll be part of

You will support billing activities linked to international projects, collaborating with different stakeholders and ensuring that financial processes run smoothly and accurately.

This role gives you exposure to:

- International clients and contracts
- End-to-end billing processes
- Continuous improvement initiatives in a global context

Your day-to-day impact

- Manage invoicing processes ensuring accuracy and deadlines
- Review contractual documentation to align billing correctly
- Resolve billing incidents and coordinate with internal teams
- Monitor and report billing status and key data
- Maintain and improve internal systems and documentation




- Identify opportunities to optimise processes and ways of working

What we’re looking for

- Experience in billing, finance or administrative roles
- Strong organisation and attention to detail
- Advanced Excel skills
- Fluent English (international environment)
- Team-oriented mindset with proactive attitude

Nice to have

- Experience with client portals
- Knowledge of invoicing regulations or tax requirements
- Familiarity with e-invoicing tools
