Fundación Adecco works together with important international company in HR benefits industry in the Inclusion Plan for PwD. As an Insurance Operations Analyst you will join the Marketplace team, a department that manages the strategy, operations and scalability of the vast majority of the products offered by Pluxee through its solution, with a particular focus on health insurance products. As an Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in making our business scalable, efficient, and data-driven. This is an adecuado entry point for recent graduates who want to transition into business roles, applying structured thinking and problem-solving skills to real operational challenges in a fast-growing tech environment. You wont just execute processes you will analyze, redesign, and improve them.
What you'll be doing
- Maintain service level agreements (SLAs) for uptime in the day-to-day operations of the marketplace department
- Improve efficiency in meeting and maintaining these targets
- Analyze operational workflows end-to-end and identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks
- Design and implement scalable solutions to improve processes and performance
- Work closely with different teams (Operations, Product, Customer, Finance) to drive cross-functional initiatives
- Translate data into actionable insights to support decision-making
- Participate in continuous improvement projects with real business impact from day one
Se requiere
- Education Requirements: Business, Engineering degree or similar
- Business-oriented mindset with strong analytical foundations
- Experience: 02 years of experience (internships or first professional experience welcome)
- Languages: Spanish and English fluent
