Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the end-to-end delivery of a large Supply Chain Transformation Programme designed to reposition Supply Chain as a growth enabler. You will shape the operating model, embed delivery excellence, and govern multiple interdependent projects. You’ll partner with senior leaders to align strategic priorities with executable plans and manage risks across a complex landscape. This role offers the chance to impact general logistics and sustainability through structured programme leadership.

• Define and execute the Programme vision, scope, milestones and value drivers
• Develop and manage the Programme plan with budget, resources, and progress tracking
• Facilitate governance structures (Steering Committee, Executive Sponsorship Group) and document decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify interdependencies and manage change
• Oversee Project Managers, guiding delivery to Programme objectives
• Develop and implement a change management strategy (communications, training,



change agents)
• Establish KPIs/SLAs and track benefits realization post-delivery
• Engage external vendors and internal partners for third-party management and risk control

Responsabilidades
• Proven experience delivering large-scale programmes in a matrixed organisation with outcomes focus
• End-to-end programme delivery experience from concept to on-time, within-budget delivery
• Ability to influence and engage senior management and executive stakeholders
• Experience maintaining delivery momentum in complex environments across diverse stakeholders
• Experience in manufacturing and supply chain environments
• Desirable: delivery in a remote-first, multi-time-zone setup
• Desirable: supporting business case development and annual budget processes
