Experteer Overview
In this role you will develop and configure ServiceNow applications to support ITSM processes in a globally regulated Wealth Management environment. You will collaborate with developers, process owners, and IT stakeholders to deliver scalable, secure solutions that improve incident, problem, change, and request management. You’ll automate workflows, integrate ServiceNow with external systems, and ensure compliance with security controls and audit requirements. This is an opportunity to shape IT services in a financially regulated setting while advancing your ServiceNow and JavaScript skills. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive efficient, reliable IT operations.

Responsabilidades
• JavaScript foundations and object-oriented programming
• familiarity with Glide API, server-side scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes), and client scripts on ServiceNow
• Basic ITIL understanding (Incident, Problem, Change Management) and enterprise deployment experience
• Web technologies, JSON/XML, and REST/SOAP integration patterns
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities
• Collaborative mindset with good communication in agile teams
• Willingness to follow coding standards and continuously improve craft
• English fluency; additional languages are an asset
• ServiceNow CSA or Associate Developer certifications are advantageous but not mandatory
