Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead Miravia’s risk governance and regulatory compliance program to protect platform integrity. You’ll partner with Product, Tech, Legal, and regulatory bodies to shape the compliance roadmap and translate complex regulations into actionable requirements. You will own policy governance, internal controls, and end-to-end regulatory reporting, driving continuous improvement. This position combines strategic foresight with hands-on execution to build trust with users, sellers, and regulators.

• Develop and own the strategic risk and compliance roadmap
• Collaborate with Product and Tech to embed risk and compliance in roadmaps
• Conduct risk assessments on new features and initiatives and design mitigation plans
• Oversee policy governance, SOPs, and escalation paths
• Perform internal audits and drive corrective actions
• Act as gatekeeper for platform integrity and seller compliance
• Manage end-to-end regulatory reporting lifecycle (e.g., DSA Transparency Reports)
• Liaise with regulators and external stakeholders and communicate risk controls
• Design and deliver company-wide and seller-focused risk/compliance training




• Enhance transparency content to strengthen user trust

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of experience in risk, governance, compliance, or policy, preferably in e-commerce/tech/digital platforms
• Experience interpreting complex regulations (e.g., DSA) and turning them into operational/technical requirements
• Proven governance framework development, policy writing, internal controls, and risk assessments
• Experience with end-to-end regulatory reporting and interaction with authorities
• Strong data analysis skills and ability to derive data-driven recommendations
• Familiarity with data visualization to present findings to technical and non-technical audiences
• Ability to influence cross-functional teams (Product and Legal) without direct authority
• Exceptional written and spoken communication; ability to draft public-facing reports and train others
• Proactive ownership of complex projects and ability to perform under pressure
• High ethical standards and commitment to users, sellers, and the company
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and organizational skills
