Workday Consultant – HCM or Financials (Contract)

Availability : Immediate or early October

Travel : Must reside in Barcelona or be able to travel to Spain (Nov 18–20)

Job Description:

We are looking for a Workday HCM or Financials Consultant to support a short-term engagement. This role is adecuado for someone with solid functional expertise and client-facing experience in Workday ERP. The candidate will be collaborating with internal teams and potentially representing our solutions in customer-focused settings.

Responsibilities:

Act as a functional SME for Workday HCM or Financials.

Engage with internal stakeholders to support configuration or demonstration needs.

Support product-related queries and solution walkthroughs.

Help translate business needs into Workday capabilities.





Be available for on-site presence in Barcelona (Nov 18–20) if required.

Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience with Workday HCM or Financials.

Strong understanding of business processes and reporting within Workday.

Client-facing or stakeholder engagement experience preferred.

Ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Based in Europe and eligible to travel to Spain without visa restrictions.

Preferred:

Workday certifications in HCM or Financials.

Experience supporting demos, pre-sales, or product presentations.
