Experteer Overview In this role you will translate prototype semiconductor and microfabrication processes into reliable, scalable manufacturing for neuroelectronic therapies. You work in a cross-functional environment, supporting process development, equipment, and continuous improvement to boost yield and readiness for production. You’ll oversee cleanroom execution, experiments, and documentation, helping bring advanced healthcare solutions to market. - Support transfer of prototype designs into controlled manufacturing with focus on yield, robustness and manufacturing readiness
- Develop, optimize and scale wafer-level processes (lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, bonding, polymer processing)
- Perform cleanroom activities: wafer processing, sample prep, inspection, characterization and data collection
- Troubleshoot process issues related to materials, equipment, adhesion, patterning, contamination and integration
- Plan and execute experiments/DOEs to define process windows and reduce variability
- Support equipment selection, qualification, and process bring-up
- Coordinate activities with foundries, suppliers and laboratories
- Apply SPC, FMEA and root-cause analysis to improve process stability




- Prepare and maintain process documentation, flows and risk assessments
- Communicate deviations and risks promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on new product introduction and scale-upResponsabilidades
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Materials Science, Semiconductor Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry or related field
- At least 3 years of hands-on semiconductor manufacturing or cleanroom experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience with lithography, deposition, etching, lift-off, polymer processing, plasma processing, cleaning or bonding
- Experience transferring processes from development to pilot production or manufacturing
- Knowledge of process integration, adhesion, contamination control and multilayer structures
- Experience planning experiments and root-cause analysis
- Experience working with wafers, samples and process materials
- Experience documenting technical work and manufacturing records
- Familiarity with DOE, SPC and FMEA
- Ability to work independently and communicate clearly
