We work closely together to attract and hire talent that helps Eaton develop more efficient and sustainable power management solutions for a changing world. /p pWe are truly international, curious by nature, and continuously learning — from each other and from the evolving talent market. /p h3The role /h3 pAs a bTalent Acquisition Consultant EMEA /b, you will support recruitment activities across bGerman-speaking or French-speaking markets /b, partnering with hiring managers and HR teams across EMEA to attract top talent. /p pYou will combine strong recruiting expertise with innovative sourcing strategies, talent intelligence, employer branding, and AI-enabled recruiting tools to identify, engage, and hire exceptional candidates. /p h3What You’ll Do /h3 ul liConducting extensive Internet and database searches for the purpose of generating candidates for open vacancies as well as for mid to longterm projects. Person must have experience in proactive cold recruiting methods to generate passive candidates. /li liConducting phone interviews and contacting potential candidates which are typically generated by research, cold calling and customtailored marketing plans, as well as internal systems.



/li liMaintaining the accuracy of the complete hiring process within the system. /li liSupporting internal and external clients with a high degree of customer service. /li liSelling the staffing model internally at all levels of the organization. /li liAddressing, reacting and/or solving unusual or sensitive issues with knowledge of the field and the company. /li liManaging outside third party vendors as the main contact, ensuring that the hiring process is consistently followed and strong relationships are maintained. /li liContributing to focused talent attraction initiatives by leveraging German/French language skills, digital and AI enabled recruiting tools, and employer branding activities to strengthen Eaton’s visibility and candidate engagement in the market /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor's degree or equivalent experience. /li liPrevious experience in recruiting, ideally within engineering, manufacturing and IT sectors. /li liStrong stakeholder management and customer-focused approach. /li liProven ability to identify and engage passive candidates. /li liExcellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills. /li liInterest in digital innovation, AI-enabled recruiting, and continuous improvement.
