Ocean Winds is expanding its operational footprint and is seeking an experienced OMA Contract Management Associate to help deliver the long-term Operations & Maintenance (O&M;) contracts across its OW portfolio. This role will support the delivery of commercial excellence, contractual compliance, and achieve of the company’s objectives, including:

- Provide assistance to OMA managers on contractual and commercial matters related to OMA, O&M; and asset management agreements.

- Help Ocean Winds meet its obligations under existing O&M; contracts, maintaining high standards of service delivery and compliance.

- Proactively manage risk, drive operational efficiency, and cultivate strong, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

- Support the preparation and management of budgets, service proposals, contract variations, and the preparation of regular reporting on commercial performance and KPIs.

- Implement continuous improvement initiatives aimed at maximising contract value and delivering year-on-year performance gains.

- Contribute to the strategic development of the O&M; and Asset Management function, including process optimisation, excellence programmes, and the implementation of asset management systems.

Required Academic and Professional Experience

- Degree qualified in a contract,



commercial, or business management discipline; equivalent professional experience or other relevant qualifications will also be considered.

- Proven experience managing contracts within a contractor environment, across multiple contract forms.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional organisational abilities and attention to detail.

- Knowledge of the offshore wind industry and experience with SPV governance structures.

- Demonstrated success in developing contract, and commercial strategies.

- Commercial acumen with experience in managing and developing large-scale budgets.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with multidisciplinary stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 software packages.

Location

This role is based at Ocean Winds head office in Madrid, Spain. xqbhyrx As part of a global portfolio, occasional travel to domestic and international project sites will be required to support service delivery and stakeholder engagement.
