Overview

This is a key executive role with full P&L; responsibility, combining strategic leadership, commercial excellence, and operational oversight. The position will play a critical role in driving sustainable growth, strengthening market positioning, and leading the full integration of ETANCO into one unified SFS organization in Iberia. The Head of SFS Group Iberia holds full strategic, commercial, financial, and operational responsibility for SFS activities in Spain and Portugal. The role focuses on achieving sustainable growth, profitability, operational excellence, and the successful integration of Etanco into one unified SFS organization.

Strong, inspiring leadership is required to drive performance, develop the local leadership team, and strengthen the SFS culture across the region.

Key responsibilities

- Define and execute the Iberian business strategy aligned with SFS Group objectives
- Drive profitable growth and commercial performance across Spain and Portugal
- Lead sales, application engineering, and commercial operations teams
- Ensure operational excellence across supply chain, logistics, and customer service
- Lead organizational, cultural, and system integration following the ETANCO acquisition
- Build a high-performing, collaborative “One SFS” culture

Ideal profile

- Senior leadership experience in B2B industrial or construction-related environments
- Strong commercial background with proven P&L; responsibility
- Solid understanding of the Iberian market (Spain & Portugal)
- Experience in change management, integration, or business transformation
- Native Spanish and fluent English
