After doubling the size of our teams in the past two years, we aim to continue on this path by recruiting an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to strengthen our Barcelona team and support the development of the EMEA market.

In this position your responsibilities will be, prospecting, building, developing and managing your client portfolio, you will also qualify, recruit and follow-up with your freelance consultants

(50% sales / 50% recruitment)

What Our Idóneo Candidate Looks Like

Minimum of 1 year experience in building your own client portfolio in the IT staffing industry

Experience with IT Contract profiles

You enjoy prospecting and cold calling

Fluent English,another language is a bonus
