Job Description
At MTS Globe, we are looking for a Junior Contracting Executive to join our team in Santa Susanna.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Senior Contracting Manager in maintaining relationships with accommodation suppliers,
acting as a day-to-day contact for operational and contracting matters.
- Assist in the preparation, negotiation, and renewal of contracts with suppliers, including key conditions such as rates, inventory, offers, release periods and cancellation policies.
- Help maintain and update the supplier portfolio, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and product diversity.
- Support the identification of new business opportunities and potential partners within the assigned area.
- Assist in monitoring contractual obligations and ensuring compliance with company standards (service levels, data accuracy, documentation, etc.).
- Contribute to achieving contracting targets by supporting the management and follow-up of supplier performance.
- Support contracting‑related administrative tasks, including contract loading, content updates, and follow-up of hotel descriptions and non‑bookable content.
- Assist in analyzing sales performance, including comparisons with previous periods, competitors and margins, under the guidance of the Senior Contracting Manager.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of contracting and operational processes.
Requirements
- Degree in Tourism, Business Administration or related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in tourism, hospitality or similar roles (internships included).
- Fluent English and Spanish (additional languages such as German are a plus).
- Well organized, ability to manage multitask roles and prioritize.
- Analytical mindset and willingness to learn.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
- Proactive attitude with interest in developing a career in contracting.
