Experteer Overview
As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you will lead cross-functional, multi-disciplinary data center projects from planning to delivery. You’ll define control system design requirements, coordinate construction and operations teams, and ensure BMS/PMS scopes align with project goals across the EMEA region. You’ll translate technical tradeoffs for engineers and executives, shaping reliable, scalable data center infrastructure. This role offers impact by enabling efficient, standardized systems across critical facilities.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide technical support to data center construction and operations teams to define control system design requirements for multiple simultaneous data center projects
• Support and enable construction teams to manage BMS/PMS scopes across the EMEA portfolio




• Collaborate with engineering core teams to develop site-specific data center designs for new build-outs, upgrades, and renovations
• Participate in new technology insertions by providing site-specific requirements to the core engineering team
• Work with cross-functional teams to build out BMS/PMS construction standards and best practices

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
• 5 years of experience in technical program management
• Experience in design, operation, and commissioning of control systems interfacing with electrical and mechanical systems
• Experience in mission critical facilities electrical and mechanical infrastructure systems
• Experience in key control systems programming and operation
