Role Hands-on Data Scientist role focused on building and deploying quantitative models that drive real business decisions.



Responsibilities Build and deploy predictive and statistical models across core business areas Apply advanced quantitative techniques to large, complex datasets Run deep exploratory analysis and communicate findings to stakeholders Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows Work with engineering to productionise models and ensure reliability Monitor performance and continuously improve model accuracy Requirements ~3+ years experience in a Data Scientist or quantitative role ~ Strong academic background in a quantitative field (Maths, Stats, Physics, CS, Engineering, Econ)~ Solid grounding in probability, statistics, linear algebra, and xcskxlj optimisation ~ Strong Python skills with experience across standard ML libraries ~ Experience working with SQL and large-scale datasets ~ Able to translate business problems into structured analytical approaches Tech stack Python, pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn PyTorch or TensorFlow SQL Cloud exposure (AWS, GCP or Azure) Requirements / constraints Madrid-based, 5 days per week in office No remote option Package ~€70,000 – €90,000 salary ~ Strong progression within a growing data function
