Job Description
Strategic & Operational Leadership
- Define and drive the marketing strategy for the company's specialty portfolio, ensuring alignment with integral guidelines and local business objectives.
- Lead the development and execution of brand plans, including forecasting, positioning, segmentation, lifecycle management and competitive strategy.
- Oversee launch readiness for upcoming indications and new products, ensuring cross‑functional alignment (Medical, Market, Sales, CX).
Team Management & Cross‑Functional Collaboration
- Lead, coach and develop the Marketing team, fostering analytical excellence, innovation and strategic thinking.
- Work closely with Sales Leadership to ensure seamless integration of marketing and field strategy, maximizing impact on patient and prescriber engagement.
- Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access and other internal stakeholders to drive coordinated brand initiatives.
Customer & Market Insights
- Leverage deep market analysis, customer insights and data to guide strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with key external stakeholders, including scientific societies, expert groups, patient organizations and hospital networks.
Innovation & Patient‑Centricity
- Promote a modern marketing approach,
including digital initiatives, omnichannel engagement and patient activation programs.
- Drive initiatives focused on understanding and optimizing the patient journey, identifying barriers to diagnosis, referral and treatment.
The Successful Applicant
Professional Experience
- Minimum 8‑12 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing, ideally in Specialty Care.
- Proven track record in launch management, brand building and strategic marketing excellence.
- Experience in a commercial organization that values cross‑functional collaboration and modern engagement models.
Leadership & Skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and experience with forecasting, budget planning and performance tracking.
- Excellent communication, influencing skills and stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage complexity and work in highly cross‑functional environments.
Background
- University degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business or related disciplines; an MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are an asset.
