Overview

ERIS is looking for an outstanding Advanced Analytics Manager to lead our analytics initiatives and drive data excellence across the organization. This role requires strong expertise in econometrics, analytics, digital attribution combined with the ability to lead a team in delivering accurate, scalable, and high-impact analytical solutions.

Responsibilities

- Define and lead the advanced analytics strategy, ensuring alignment with client business goals and organizational objectives.
- Oversee the design, development, and validation of optimization algorithms using Bayesian methodologies, neural networks, and frequentist models.
- Lead and mentor a team of analytics professionals, setting technical standards and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
- Drive innovation by identifying and implementing new ideas to improve data performance, efficiency, and analytical outputs.
- Oversee the development of complex SQL queries, R, Python or similar languages and data models within Google Cloud Platform to ensure reliable and accurate metric extraction.
- Ensure robust data governance, quality control, and consistency across all analytics processes.
- Supervise the creation of executive-level data reports and visualizations, preferably using Power BI, ensuring clarity and business relevance.




- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver measurable impact for client business objectives.
- Act as a senior point of contact for clients, leading presentations, reporting activities, and strategic discussions.
- Manage project planning, prioritization, and resource allocation across analytics initiatives.

Qualifications

Strategic & Technical Expertise

- Strong expertise in advanced mathematical and statistical methodologies, particularly in optimization algorithms using Bayesian methods, neural networks, and frequentist models.
- Proven ability to lead analytical model development and ensure scalability, reliability, and business applicability.
- Strong experience in SQL, particularly within cloud-based environments such as Google Cloud Platform (BigQuery).

Data Management & Architecture Leadership

- Solid experience with scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Strong understanding of database design and management, particularly relational databases (e.g., Microsoft SQL Server, SQLite, Microsoft Access).
- Experience overseeing ETL processes and ensuring efficient, scalable data pipelines.
- Familiarity with business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Power BI.
- Deep understanding of data architecture, processing frameworks, and governance best practices.

Leadership & Commercial Skills

- Proven experience managing or mentoring analytics teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and the ability to translate complex analytical insights into actionable business strategies.
- Experience presenting and reporting to senior stakeholders and clients.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
