Business Performance Senior Manager
We are looking for a highly motivated, hands‑on, and analytically minded individual to join our Business Development Team.
About the Role
-
- Play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team
- Be the point of contact with company leadership (C‑Level, Founders & SVPs)
- Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve the Business Plan
- Define reporting frameworks for our commercial teams to monitor performance and drive strategic decisions
- Analyze commercial results and identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities
- Partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross‑functional teams to define action plans
- Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
- Provide data‑driven insights to senior stakeholders, driving initiatives that enhance revenue growth
- Gain high exposure across the organization, collaborating directly with executives and commercial leadership
About You

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
- 8+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth or Analytics roles.
- Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in SQL, Excel,
and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
- Solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning.
- Comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with executive‑level exposure.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
