We work extensively with EU institutions and development partners ondigital transformation, ICT strategy, digital policy, data governance, and public sector reform initiatives .NTU is currently leading a consortium under aMultiple Framework Contract with the European Commission (DG DIGIT)focused on high-level advisory services related todigital government, ICT strategy, interoperability, data and AI governance, cybersecurity, and digital public services .To support the implementation of this framework, we are seeking an experiencedEU Framework Contract Coordinatorto manage proposal preparation, coordinate consortium partners, and mobilise expert teams for assignments issued under the framework.Assignments under the framework involve responding toRequests for Services issued by the European Commission , requiring rapid preparation of proposals and coordination of specialised experts in areas such as digital government strategy, ICT governance, data and AI policy, cybersecurity, interoperability frameworks, and digital public services.Key ResponsibilitiesThe Framework Contract Coordinator will support the operational management of the framework and the preparation of competitive proposals.
