Join Liebherr in Madrid as an SAP S/4HANA Test Consultant and help steer the testing strategy for a global greenfield transformation. You’ll shape the testing lifecycle, coordinate across platforms and affiliates, and drive quality through automation and metrics. This role sits in the IT Shared Service Centre, blending deep ERP testing expertise with a collaborative, international environment. You’ll influence outcomes through robust governance, KPI insights, and cross-functional alignment.

• Define and maintain the SAP S/4HANA test strategy and governance
• Lead testing planning and coordination across integrated platforms and general affiliates
• Manage testing KPIs and provide strategic insights for improvement
• Coordinate defect triage and SLA-based resolution gatherings
• Maintain automation and manual test repositories; contribute to automation framework and scripts
• Create dashboards in test management tools for real-time monitoring
• Coordinate with central testing tool administrators and stakeholders
• Ensure alignment of testing deliverables with partners, process owners, and key users
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
• 5+ years of ERP testing experience
• Proven experience with Jira, X-Ray, and Confluence
• Exposure to functional automation for SAP native and Fiori apps
• Strong ERP test management expertise for large S/4HANA programs
• English fluency; German a plus
• Collaborative mindset; ability to work cross-culturally; willingness to travel up to 30%
