We are looking for

New travel agents with experience in the Travel Industry and customer care who have the ability to solve customer concerns and create a seamless customer experience.

Your role in BizAway

- Make a reservation for our client through the Platform and using our Provider
- Respond to our client’s requests through phone, chat, mail,



and travel requests through our platform
- Enter customer information in our system to issue a reservation or update the booking
- Explain rules and procedures to use our service on the Platform
- Explain rules of service (hotel, car, train, etc.)

Your Basic Qualifications

- At least 2 years of previous experience in Travel Industry
- Excellent knowledge of GDS systems or previous experience in local travel agency
- Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken Spanish (B2 and up)
- Availability to work in shifts (also night shift from 22 to 7 in morning)
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must pass pre-employment skills testing and background check

- Customer Care experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new software technologies
