Job Responsibilities

- Be responsible for the daily configuration and operation of backend systems in the European region, including modules such as product management, promotion management, page management, push platform, inventory management, and order center, ensuring stable business operations.
- Collaborate with headquarters to plan, execute, and review sales and operational campaigns in the European region, supporting the achievement of sales targets.
- Track and analyze data to identify business anomalies and optimization opportunities, develop operational improvement plans, and establish standardized SOPs to enhance operational efficiency.
- Act as a communication bridge between headquarters and local European teams, driving the implementation of cross-regional and cross-functional projects, and ensuring efficient collaboration with HQ, product, R&D;, and data teams.

Qualifications





- Bachelor’s degree or above; fluent in written and spoken English, able to use English as a working language.
- 1–2 years of experience in e-commerce sales operations; experience with 3C (consumer electronics) products is preferred. Familiar with backend systems such as product, promotion, inventory, and order management, with the ability to quickly configure systems and troubleshoot issues.
- Able to adapt to multi-time-zone collaboration; detail-oriented and rigorous in work. Strong cross-functional and cross-regional communication and coordination skills, with the ability to proactively build collaborative relationships and drive tasks to completion.
- Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking; experience in building standardized processes and developing SOPs.
