Job Purpose

Lead and oversee the Health & Safety (H&S;) strategy across all industrial and office operations in Iberia and Southern Europe, ensuring compliance with Spanish occupational risk prevention legislation and alignment with the Group’s global standard

Key Responsibilities

- ope.Manage the External Prevention Service ( SPA) and maintain relationships with official bodies and Safety Committ
- ees.Lead internal and external audits, certifications, and continuous improvement pl
- ans.Coordinate risk assessments, inspections, and action plans for factories and offi
- ces.Supervise critical work permits (hot work, working at heights, confined spaces, ATEX risk areas, et
- c.).Promote a strong safety cul ture, developing training programs, campaigns,



and communication initiati
- ves.Investigate accidents and incid ents, implementing corrective and preventive measu
- res.Manage KPIs and reporting at local and regional lev
