An exciting opportunity for an IT manager has arisen with a cutting‑edge semiconductor company, based in Barcelona. This is a great opportunity for an IT manager to take on a hands‑on leadership role, acting as the technical and strategic owner of the company’s IT ecosystem.

You will ensure that the infrastructure operates as a competitive advantage for the technical engineering team. Leading a small, skilled team, you will define and execute the IT roadmap, manage vendors and budgets.

You will commit to a hybrid working model, required onsite 4 days a week.

Experience For The IT Manager Includes

- Proven experience as an IT Manager or Senior Systems Engineer
- Deep expertise in RHEL Linux systems (e.g. Rocky Linux, RHEL, CentOS)
- GitLab and CI/CD
- Scripting with Python and Bash
- Infrastructure as code technologies like Ansible
- Ability to mentor and manage a small team
- Desired: experience within the semiconductor, EDA or HPC industry
