Job Description:

We are seeking a Platform Support Engineer (L2) to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for resolving platform and tooling issues, ensuring smooth operation of CI/CD pipelines and developer platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform and tooling issues
- Debug pipeline failures and investigate integration problems
- Support repositories, build tools, and artifact lifecycle management
- Collaborate with development and DevOps teams to ensure platform stability
- Apply structured support processes in SDLC environments





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience troubleshooting CI/CD failures and developer tooling issues
- Knowledge of build tools, repository management, and artifact lifecycle
- Ability to investigate pipeline, runner, and integration failures
- Structured and methodical approach to platform support in SDLC environments

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience supporting complex development environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
