we are looking for an accounting trainee who will be responsible for the preparation and management of the administrative/tax issues and accountancy of the groups of the companies under management## **Job Description:****Main activities*** Issued and received invoices registration.* Preparation and submission of the applicable taxes.* Banks movements registration (payments, receivables, tax liquidations, loans repayments...).* Controlling of the deadlines of loans repayments.* Banks reconciliations.* Accruing of the projects ́ incomes.* Accruing of the main expenses: Insurance, land lease, depreciation, O&M...;).* Documentation management (physical and digital archive).* Preparation and deposit of Annual Accounts and official books.* Elaboration of several questionnaires received from INE (Instituto Nacional de Estadística).**Key Requirements*** Accounting and tax knowledge of small and medium companies* Good communication skills* Be able to meet deadlines with several clients* Strong Aptitude for math, attention to detail* Ability to organize their work independently and as part of a team* English Fluent**Studies*** Economics or Business Administration Degree.**Location:**Madrid**Time Type:**Part time**Worker Subtype:**Intern (Fixed Term)locations: Madridtime type: Part timeposted on: Posted 30+ Days Ago
