We’re a growth & performance-focused team working with international brands and ambitious projects, combining strategy, data, and top-level technical execution to drive results in demanding markets like the US.

Responsibilities

- Multichannel Analysis: Interpret and optimize campaign results across Paid Social, Search, and CRM efforts for the American market.
- Measurement Ecosystem: Lead the data architecture using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and Google Analytics 4 (GA4), ensuring flawless tracking across all digital touchpoints.
- Advanced Visualization: Design, automate, and maintain complex dashboards in Looker Studio (and other tools) that unify data from multiple sources.
- Funnel Optimization: Identify behavior patterns and bottlenecks in the digital environment to improve campaign performance and user journey efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Present performance reports and strategic recommendations to US-based teams, ensuring professional and fluid communication.

Qualifications

- Experience:



Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital data analysis with a strong focus on marketing and performance campaigns.
- Languages: English level C1 (Must be able to lead meetings and present technical reports fluently).
- Key Tools: Expert proficiency in GA4, GTM, Looker Studio, and digital advertising ecosystems.
- Location & Model: Based in Madrid under a hybrid work model.
- Schedule Flexibility: Ability to alternate between CEST and Eastern Time (ET) zones to ensure overlap with the US local team.
- Proficiency in SQL for advanced querying (BigQuery).
- Ability to perform complex analysis or build advanced dashboards using Python (Pandas, Plotly, etc.).
