ph3Responsibilities include but are not limited to: /h3 /brul /brliDelivering high-quality services and ensuring that cost management deliverables meet Customers’ requirements. /li /brliReviewing power delivery plans, schedules, and progress updates across the portfolio. /li /brliMaintaining a project inventory covering utility providers, required infrastructure, key milestones, and delivery dates. /li /brliIdentifying projects requiring enhanced oversight based on complexity, schedule concerns, or delivery performance. /li /brliVerifying that key power delivery activities, including utility works, permitting, substations, energisation, and commissioning, are accurately reflected in project schedules. /li /brliAssessing progress against agreed milestones and contractual commitments. /li /brliChallenging delivery assumptions, schedule logic, and reported progress where supporting evidence is limited. /li /brliIdentifying, assessing, and documenting power delivery risks that could impact project delivery dates. /li /brliMonitoring utility, permitting, design, procurement, and energisation activities using information provided by the responsible stakeholders. /li /brliPreparing regular reports highlighting project status, emerging risks, and recommended mitigation actions. /li /brliEscalating material issues to project teams, regional leads and Energy stakeholders as required. /li /brliParticipating in project reviews, schedule workshops, risk reviews, and power status meetings. /li /brliAttending lessor-led meetings where additional visibility of progress and risks is required. /li /brliReviewing lessor progress against agreed power delivery commitments. /li /brliHighlighting concerns where utility, permitting, procurement, or energisation activities are trending behind plan.



/li /brliSupporting the development of mitigation and recovery plans where risks are identified. /li /brliAdvising Directors promptly of any issues that have arisen, or that might arise, on projects; in particular, those that might impact on Gleeds professional indemnity (PI) insurance. /li /br /ul /brh3As a Gleeds team member, you will have access to: /h3 /brul /brliOpportunities to develop and grow your career /li /brliEmployee Assistance Programme /li /br /ul /brh3Who we’re looking for: /h3 /brh3Experience, Knowledge And Key Skills /h3 /brul /brliRelevant experience in power delivery, utilities, or electrical infrastructure on large-scale construction projects, preferably data centres. /li /brliProven ability to review schedules, identify risks, and provide independent oversight of delivery progress. /li /brliStrong skills in milestone tracking, risk reporting, and challenging assumptions with limited supporting evidence. /li /brliGood understanding of utility coordination, permitting processes, energisation, and commissioning activities. /li /brliAbility to work across a portfolio of projects and communicate findings clearly to project teams and leadership. /li /brliAvailable to travel across multiple sites. /li /brliFluent level of English. Spanish or Italian are desirable. /li /brliRight to work in the EU and a valid driving licence.
