About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP GTS Expert with deep expertise in custom integrations and HANA to join our general client's team. This senior-level position requires a strategic thinker.

This role is based in Barcelona requiring 3 days per week onsite. Relocators will be considered as long as you currently have right to work in the EU.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver SAP GTS solutions (design, configuration, testing, cutover, go‑live, hypercare).
- Provide expert guidance on trade compliance (EU/US regulations, embargo checks, licenses, classification, preferences).
- Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and design scalable solutions.
- Govern and enhance GTS across supply chain processes.
- Support system integrations




- Maintain knowledge of international trade regulations and implement related system updates.

- Qualifications

- 10+ years’ experience in SAP GTS (Compliance, Customs, ECR) with rollout experience on GTS on HANA.
- Strong experience with GTS integrations
- Solid understanding of end‑to‑end supply chain, sales, procurement, and master data.
- Ability to produce detailed functional specs and collaborate with technical teams.
- Basic ABAP, IDoc, and LSMW knowledge.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.
