Key Responsibilities

- Lead and support project management activities across IT and banking programs
- Coordinate schedules, milestones, reporting, and risk tracking
- Consolidate and analyse data coming from multiple sources to support decision‑making
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders at corporate level




- Maintain regular communication and alignment with leadership

Must‑Have Qualifications

- Strong IT background with experience working on technical or data‑driven projects
- Strong analytical mindset and experience handling complex datasets
- Solid project management skills and organizational capabilities
- Experience in stakeholder management in multicultural environments
- Fluent English (C1 level), spoken and written
- Living in Madrid or willing to travel frequently for onsite meetings

Nice to Have

- Experience or exposure to Cybersecurity Management frameworks (ISO27001, NIST, DORA)
- Power BI knowledge
- Experience in Change Management
- Technical cybersecurity knowledge (Network Security, IAM, Data Security…)
- CISM or similar certification
