Ready to join one of our Graduate Programs in Spain? Airbus offers more than 60 vacancies for our full‑time graduate program in Spain – #Discover II 2026/2027 – Starting date October 2026 until September 2027. We are looking for recent graduates from different disciplines interested in developing their professional career in the aeronautical sector.

Program Overview

The selection process will take place from March 2026 until October 2026. Together with Camilo José Cela University, Airbus has developed an exclusive program (Discover) designed for those interested in the best training in new areas of knowledge essential to develop as professionals of the future. The program consists of a Master, organized in three training blocks, that will allow you to discover the skills most in demand today. It will be combined with an 11‑month internship at Airbus in an area related to your degree, where you can learn and complete your academic background. The internship starts in early October 2026 and lasts 11 months. It is a full‑time experience (40 h/week) with an attractive study grant.

Your Profile

- Recent graduate with a master’s degree
- Disciplines: engineering (aerospace, telecommunications, industrial, mechanical, chemical, software), business administration, human resources, finance or related fields
- English – C1 negotiation level
- Spanish – negotiation level




- Team spirit and strong collaboration skills
- Ability to work in complex and international environments
