Your mission

Relentlessly advance TURN2X projects toward FID readiness by owning both project development execution and commercial structuring, while operating in a fast-moving environment.

Your responsibilities

- Drive TURN2X projects from origination through advanced development stages across Spain and Portugal.
- Support both technical/project development and commercial work-streams in parallel to keep projects moving fast.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, Finance, Legal) and external stakeholders (partners, utilities, authorities).
- Contribute to structuring and progressing co-development opportunities with local partners.
- Prepare clear, decision‑ready inputs for internal gates and leadership discussions.
- Operate hands‑on in a dynamic environment, proactively identifying bottlenecks and unblocking issues.

Your profile

- 3+ years of experience in project development (preferably hydrogen, solar PV or biomethane), commercial, strategy consulting, or startup/scale‑up environments.
- Strong ownership mindset with a bias for action and problem‑solving.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast‑changing setups and juggling multiple priorities.
- Interest in energy, infrastructure, renewables, hydrogen, or PtX projects.
- Strong communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders.




- Fluent in English and Spanish; German is a plus.
- Based in Madrid and open to frequent travel.
