- Deliver complex backend features end-to-end with minimal supervision, ensuring high quality and timely completion.
- Mentor and support other developers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge sharing to boost team capability.
- Take ownership of core functions or domain areas within the team and expand influence across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to improve team processes, including code quality, testing, and documentation standards.
- Collaborate closely with Product Owners, QA, DevOps, and fellow engineers to deliver reliable, scalable solutions.
- Serve as a technical expert and informal leader,

- Strong proficiency in the Java/JVM ecosystem.
- Experience building backend applications with Spring Boot.

- Solid understanding of performance, security, and maintainability best practices.
- Experience across full software development lifecycle and CI/CD workflows.
