Role: Client Onboarding Specialist
Role Location: Valencia, Spain

Role summary:
As a Client Onboarding Specialist manages the end-to-end onboarding of new clients from Sales handoff to BAU operations. You'll coordinate account openings, documentation reviews, legal agreements, and system setups while collaborating with cross-functional teams (Service Delivery, Legal, Compliance, Technology). The role includes project management, client communication, and providing onboarding expertise across all Apex Group business lines. Reports to the Regional Head of Client Onboarding.
Key responsibilities:
- Supporting the client onboarding process by coordinating the key steps to ensure a seamless transition from Sales to Business-As-Usual (BAU).
- Act as a first point of contact for client queries relating to onboarding matters.
- Coordinating client adoptions, account openings, review of fund offering documentation and legal agreements, internal system set ups, and project plan
