The Role
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of hybrid cloud transformation strategies for strategic enterprise clients.
- Drive business growth through solution development, client engagement, and support of go-to-market initiatives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to client executives, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Govern complex cloud and infrastructure programs, ensuring successful delivery, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction.
- Define architecture standards, security, resilience,



and modernization roadmaps across hybrid IT environments.
- Collaborate with sales, consulting, and delivery teams to develop innovative and differentiated solutions.
- Mentor and develop technical talent, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technology trends and market opportunities to enhance Kyndryl's Hybrid Cloud offerings and client outcomes. Provides Technical Guidance: Offer expertise and guidance to IT teams on infrastructure-related matters.
