The fastest product teams in the world are collapsing the gap between thinking and building. A PM who can go from brief to working prototype in a day — using AI tools, not engineers — changes what's possible for a client. We want to hire for that. This isn't a role about using ChatGPT to write your PRDs.



It's about a fundamentally different way of working: where the person who owns the product vision is also the person who makes it real first.

THE ROLE:
Prototype before you brief
Use AI tools — Claude, Cursor, Lovable, v0, and whatever comes next — to turn a client problem into something tangible before design or engineering get involved. Show, don't describe.
Compress the feedback loop and handle stakeholders
Iterate with clients in real time. Instead of week-long design cycles, bring a working concept to the second meeting. Get signal earlier, waste less, ship smarter.
Manage stakeholders across the board
You're the single point of truth for everyone invested in the product — clients, engineers, designers, and leadership. You set expectations, communicate trade-offs clearly, and make sure no one is surprised. When priorities shift or scope gets messy, you're the one who holds it together and brings the room back
