JOB SUMMARY:

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Account Manager to join our team in the HealthCare sector in Iberia.

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting our team of Account Managers in the Iberia Plastics Market (Pharma, veterinary and OTC)

This position requires a strong ability to manage the assigned sales budget, as well as solid customer management skills, ensuring that the company maintains its commitment to quality without losing competitiveness.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Identify and attract new potential clients within their assigned area or sector.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring loyalty and satisfaction.
- Explain the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of the company’s commercial offering.
- Prepare commercial proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals.
- Ensure the client receives the product or service correctly and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Gather information on trends, customer needs, and competitor activity.
- Meet sales, margin,



and growth objectives set by the company.
- Ensure that all terms of the contract are clearly defined and protect the interests of the company.
- Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with company objectives.
- Monitor segment specific trends and competitor developments, producing strategic reports and recommendations for leadership.
- Represent the company at key industry events, trade fairs, and strategic customer meetings to strengthen visibility and influence.
- Serve as the senior point of escalation for key clients, ensuring operational excellence, service continuity, and rapid issue resolution.
- Environmental responsibility.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE – REQUIRED FOR THE ROLE:
- Demonstrated experience (3-5 Years) in Sales, ideally in pharmaceutical packaging (such as vials and their stoppers), showcasing a solid understanding of sales processes.
