What you will do

You will lead business-critical projects from planning to implementation, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and with the expected quality standards.
- Lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring clear objectives, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams, stakeholders, and external partners to drive successful project execution.
- Create and manage project plans, budgets, resources, risks, and governance structures.
- Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, and roadblocks.
- Provide regular updates and recommendations to project sponsors and key stakeholders.
- Ensure smooth implementation of project outcomes and successful handover to the business.




- Maintain clear project documentation in line with Nutreco standards.
- Promote collaboration, engagement, and accountability across project teams.
- Share best practices and contribute to continuous improvement in project management.

What you bring
- University degree in Engineering
- Proven experience managing projects in areas such as Operations, Engineering, Business Development, IT, Finance, HR, or similar.
- Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks, and cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., PMBOK, PRINCE2, Agile, or similar).
- Ability to communicate effectively and influence stakeholders at different levels of the organization.
