Job Description:
The role will consist of:
- Support the social media team with the daily coordination of projects and campaigns, ensuring effective communication and follow-up between external agencies and internal teams (local, regional, and international).
- Coordinate delivery and approval of materials with creative agencies, Brand teams, and regional/general departments, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Organize and track tasks and deliverables for campaigns: build and maintain project timelines, follow up on deadlines, and keep stakeholders updated on project status.
- Manage communication via email and collaborative tools to centralize feedback, requests, and approvals of materials.
- Prepare basic status reports, gathering relevant information from agencies and teams to share with local and regional stakeholders.
- Collect benchmarks, market studies, and best practices from other campaigns to share with the team (no need to develop them creatively).




- Support the logistics of influencer activations, promotions, or other actions by coordinating materials, timelines, and legal approvals with internal teams.

The skills we are looking for are:
- Knowledge of office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). No experience in design or content creation required.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work proactively, prioritize tasks, and maintain fluid communication with multidisciplinary teams.
- Interest in the digital environment and affinity with Disney culture.

The necessary qualifications of the position will be:
