Sales and Account Management
- Manage and grow sales within a defined group of customers at the subsidiary level by executing targeted sales strategies and market development initiatives.
- Own and manage the sales budget, forecasting, and pricing activities for the assigned territory and customer base.
- Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific plans to ensure effective execution of tactical sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers to enhance brand loyalty and secure profitable outcomes.
Customer Engagement and Market Development
- Maintain a deep understanding of the Enza Zaden product portfolio and provide expert technical advice to ensure successful cultivation and performance of varieties.
- Identify opportunities to expand market presence and drive new business development with complex and diverse customers.
- Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify risks and opportunities, providing actionable insights to leadership.
- Handle diverse and challenging customers with ongoing support needs.
Product Development and Pipeline Support
- Identify promising experimental varieties through local trials and collaboration with integral Breeding teams.
- Actively contribute to the variety selection and advancement decision-making process using data-driven insights.
- Support team development by mentoring junior sales professionals and accompanying them on custome
