This role is focused on hands-on technical transformation within the Noodles category, with direct responsibility for lab prototyping and pilot plant execution. It sits at the intersection of food technology, project execution, and operations:
you will spend significant time in the lab and on the pilot plant floor, not just coordinating from a desk.
TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Collaborate closely with the Project Manager to bring new noodle products from concept to reality.

Design, plan, and personally execute lab-scale prototyping (formulation, cooking/processing trials, sensory pre-screening) for new products and process improvements.

Lead and actively participate in pilot plant trials, including equipment set-up, trial protocols, in-process sampling, and troubleshooting on the line.

Identify and implement solutions for reliable prototyping when dedicated facilities are not available, such as external labs, co-manufacturers, or adapted line trials.

Document trials rigorously (protocols, results, deviations, learnings) and maintain technical records to support decision-making and knowledge transfer.
