ph3About the Role /h3pWe are looking for an experienced and passionate bTeacher Trainer in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), Climate and Environmental Education /b to support educators in integrating sustainability principles into their teaching practice through innovative, learner-centered approaches. /ppYou will design and deliver professional development programmes, facilitate workshops, mentor teachers, and contribute to the development of high-quality training materials. The adecuado candidate combines strong pedagogical expertise with substantial experience in ESD, climate change education, environmental literacy, and whole-school approaches to sustainability. /ppOur courses will take place face-to-face and on-site in real classrooms (not online). Courses usually start on Monday and end on Friday and take place in the morning. /ppPlease note that this position is not a permanent employment offer, but an EXTERNAL freelancer opportunity based on the approved Erasmus+ projects /ph3Key responsibilities /h3ulliDesign and deliver engaging teacher training courses, workshops, and seminars on Education for Sustainable Development, climate education, environmental sustainability, and related topics. /liliSupport educators in integrating sustainability competencies, systems thinking, global citizenship,



and action-oriented learning into their teaching practice. /liliAdapt training content and methodologies to different educational contexts, subject areas, and learner groups. /liliFacilitate collaborative learning, critical reflection, and the practical application of ESD pedagogies. /liliProvide constructive feedback, coaching, and mentoring to participating teachers. /liliEvaluate training effectiveness and contribute to the continuous improvement of training programmes and materials. /li /ulh3Requirements /h3ulliProven experience as a teacher trainer, instructional coach, or professional development facilitator. /liliStrong background in pedagogy and curriculum design. /liliDemonstrated expertise in Education for Sustainable Development (ESD), climate change education, environmental education, sustainability, or related fields. /liliFamiliarity with key European and international frameworks, such as the UNESCO ESD framework, GreenComp, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), or similar initiatives. /liliExcellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills. /liliAbility to engage and motivate adult learners. /liliFluency in English; additional European languages are an asset. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
