Experteer Overview As Machine Learning Engineer, you design, build and deploy ML solutions to support localization and business workflows. You will own projects from conception to deployment, leveraging AWS, Docker, MLFlow and related tools to meet business goals. You’ll continually optimize models, document experiments, and stay current with advances in the field. This role offers impact through scalable ML systems and cross-functional collaboration that drives translation and QA improvements.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Design and develop ML models for localization and business workflows (translation, LLM finetuning, QA).
- Own key projects from definition to deployment, ensuring alignment with requirements and momentum toward delivery.
- Evaluate and select ML techniques to solve problems.
- Implement and optimize models using Python, TensorFlow, and related frameworks.
- Perform statistical analysis and fine-tuning based on test results.




- Deploy ML models using Docker and cloud infrastructure; monitor production environments on AWS.
- Continuously learn and document ML experimentation, design, and deployment.
- Define project scope and design ML solutions; collaborate with seniorengineers for larger system integration.Responsabilidades
- BSc in Computer Science, Mathematics or similar (Master's a plus)
- Minimum 3+ years as ML Engineer or similar role
- Robust production-grade Python coding skills
- Strong knowledge of ML techniques (supervised, unsupervised, deep learning, reinforcement learning)
- Hands-on experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn
- Experience with NLP techniques and tools
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Experience deploying on AWS (EC2, S3, SageMaker) and Docker; familiarity with ML management tools and GPU deploymentsRequisitos principales
